This lovely piano built in 1892 was thoroughly reconditioned by us in 2003 including being restrung together with a new wrest (tuning) plank fitted and the bridges re-capped. The action and keys were also fully overhauled. Since then it has been regularly maintained by us.
Although the rosewood casework was not repolished it is still a presentable instrument.
Bechstein pianos of this period are known for their high quality, made by the finest technicians in Germany. It has that distinctive silky Bechstein tone and, with its precision action, is a joy to play.
Dimensions are approx. 120 cm height / 149 cm length / 58 cm depth.
